Ubuntu 10.10 server desktop GUI installation

# sudo apt-get update
# sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop

Reboot and the GUI will start automatically.

    i've been looking for the correct commad to install gnome. tried "sudo aptitude install gnome" among others but without luck...
